Project Manager - Multifamily - National Builder/Developer

Lead a 200+ unit ground-up mixed-use development in CharlestonUp to $165K base + guaranteed bonus + $850/month vehicle allowance Strong Project Manager-level experience within ground-up multifamily construction. • Manage the day-to-day delivery of a 200+ unit, 3-5 storey mixed-use development in Charleston.
• Take ownership of project execution from preconstruction and mobilisation through construction, closeout and turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, project teams and key stakeholders to maintain schedule, quality and project objectives.
• Drive issues to resolution quickly and resourcefully, identifying solutions before challenges affect delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement and overall construction progress.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety and operational execution throughout the project.
• Build strong working relationships with field teams, subcontractors, ownership and project partners.
• Communicate project status, risks and priorities clearly to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide confident leadership while maintaining a professional, collaborative approach.
• Report directly to the Project Executive and work closely with an experienced construction leadership team.

• Strong Project Manager-level experience within ground-up multifamily construction.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale wood-frame multifamily projects.
• Experience with mixed-use or similarly complex residential developments is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, budgets and competing project priorities.
• Highly driven and resourceful, with a strong bias towards action and getting things done.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to hold teams accountable while building productive relationships.
• Polished, credible and comfortable communicating across field, project and executive-level teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving construction environment and proactively solve problems.
