Project Manager

Lead construction projects from preconstruction through project completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project execution. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Drive project planning, procurement, risk management, and cost control efforts. Oversee both ground-up construction and major renovation projects. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations throughout all phases. Support design and development coordination during early project stages. Provide leadership to project teams while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Manage projects ranging from approximately $15M to $45M in value. Work on a diverse portfolio including luxury multifamily, mixed-use, historic preservation, education, and commercial developments.

Previous experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager. Strong experience overseeing ground-up construction and/or major renovation projects. Ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships. Experience working on multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or institutional projects preferred. Proven leadership and communication skills. Strong understanding of construction operations, project controls, and client management. Ability to oversee multiple project stakeholders while driving project success. Local knowledge of the Greater Boston construction market is preferred.
