Job Description
The Project Manager - Multifamily will:
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee onsite construction activities and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have:
