* Manage multifamily mid-rise projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
* Monitor budgets, schedules, procurement, and project reporting
* Support preconstruction planning and transition into upcoming projects

Salary: $130,000-$160,000 (Project Manager) | $100,000-$120,000 (Assistant Project Manager)
