• • Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Monitor project financial performance and proactively manage risks.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Utilise Procore and other construction management tools to track project performance.
  • Support business growth and maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within multifamily construction.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering ground-up multifamily projects.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stable work history and strong professional references.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
