Description

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a ground-up multifamily development in South Florida. This role will lead project execution, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

Description

* Manage all phases of a ground-up multifamily construction project from preconstruction through closeout
* Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring key milestones are achieved
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive project success
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates to stakeholders

Profile

* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
* Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
* Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and project delivery
* Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software
