Develop, maintain, and update project schedules while proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays. Manage project budgets, review cost reports, approve invoices, and control expenses to maximize project profitability. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient project execution. Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections, resolve construction issues, and oversee quality control to deliver high-quality finished products. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones with owners, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders through regular meetings and reports.
