Job Description
Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules while proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays. Manage project budgets, review cost reports, approve invoices, and control expenses to maximize project profitability. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient project execution. Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections, resolve construction issues, and oversee quality control to deliver high-quality finished products. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones with owners, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders through regular meetings and reports. Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, occupancy requirements, warranties, and final documentation.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of construction industry experience
- Track record of leading ground-up multifamily or commercial construction projects
- Project valuations of $10M+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client-facing skills to foster both new and existing client relationships
