Multifamily Construction Project Manager

Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams throughout the construction process. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and procurement plans. Review plans, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation for accuracy and compliance. Monitor daily construction activities, site progress, quality standards, safety requirements, and adherence to project specifications. Lead project meetings, communicate milestones and issues, and provide regular updates to ownership, leadership, and stakeholders. Identify and resolve construction, scheduling, budget, and coordination issues while proactively managing project risks. Oversee project closeout, inspections, punch lists, commissioning, turnover, warranties, and final documentation.

What's on offer includes a base salary of $110,000 to $150,000 dependent on qualifications, a yearly bonus based on company and personal performance, 401(k) with employer match, comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, 3-4 weeks PTO (negotiable) + holidays.
