* Manage multifamily construction projects from planning through completion

* Coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and project execution

* Partner with Superintendents and internal project teams to achieve project goals

* Travel periodically to active jobsites during key project phases

* Monitor project performance, reporting, and client communication throughout the lifecycle
