Job Description

Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project sites. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve project-related issues to minimize delays and maintain client satisfaction. Collaborate on design and planning with architects and engineers. Ensure proper documentation and administrative processes for each project.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have: Experience in managing multifamily construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
