Project Manager - Multifamily

THE ROLE

Buyout, the budget, the schedule you build with your superintendent, and an owner who calls you rather than your boss.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ground up multifamily and mixed use, buyout through turnover
• Budget, change orders, monthly requisitions and forecasts that hold
• Subcontractor buyout and the strategy behind it
• Owner and development team meetings you run
• Assistant project managers and engineers learning the job from you
• Schedule ownership with the superintendent, not at him

QUALIFICATIONS

• Seven or more years in the office with real multifamily depth
• Wood frame over a structural podium
• Unit turnover experience, which this market is short of
• Forecasts that were still right at the end of the job

COMPENSATION

Base of $120,000 to $165,000.
