My client is a premier multifamily builder and developer in the Mid-Atlantic, offering project managers the opportunity to lead large-scale apartment, mixed-use, and podium developments while working on some of the regions most recognizable residential projects. $5,000 sign-on bonus20 days PTO + holidays A successful 'Project Manager' should have: Experience managing construction projects through multiple stages of delivery.

• Manage construction projects from initial planning through final completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, priorities, and day-to-day activities.
• Track project progress and address issues that affect delivery.
• Work with internal teams and external project contacts to align work plans.
• Review project requirements and maintain clear project documentation.
• Monitor timelines and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources needed to complete assigned construction work.
• Help keep projects on track with agreed plans and deliverables.
