Project Manager

Due to recent team changes and an increasing project workload, the company is looking to add a Project Manager who can successfully lead multiple projects from start to finish. • Manage 3-5 commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel.
• Manage client relationships and provide project updates.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Support project closeout and warranty processes.
