Ready to lead projects that directly support client operational goals while ensuring satisfaction and protecting margins?

About the Role

This role involves taking ownership of both commercial and technical aspects of projects from award through close-out. The focus is on delivering contractual commitments, protecting margins, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be instrumental in aligning resources and managing communication to meet project objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery from post-sale kickoff through final completion
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Keep communication clear and consistent to keep customers informed and confident
  • Align people, equipment, and materials with project needs
  • Interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications to fully understand scope
  • Run project kick-off meetings and keep internal teams coordinated
  • Own budgets, schedules, and documentation to hit deadlines and financial targets
  • Set clear direction to meet project objectives and customer expectations
  • Spot risks early and implement practical mitigation plans
  • Manage procurement and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Drive quality compliance across all project teams
  • Support sales during negotiations and provide accurate budget input
  • Handle change orders, warranty issues, and technical troubleshooting
  • Partner with Service teams to ensure project needs are met in the field

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related discipline
  • At least 5 years of project management or engineering experience in industrial or related environments
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Project, the Office suite, and reading engineering drawings
  • Experience negotiating contracts and solid understanding of fabrication and construction processes
  • Familiarity with air-handling systems, water-treatment technologies, and industrial processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior work in industrial facilities
  • PMP (or equivalent) certification
  • Construction management background

Work Environment

  • Up to 25% travel for site work as required
