Description
Project Manager - Mixed Commercial
Manage projects from buyout through closeout. Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation. Partner with field leadership to maintain project schedules and construction progress. Lead owner, architect, and consultant communications. Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contract requirements. Support project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities.

A successful Project Manager - Mixed Commercial should have: Experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction is required. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of project financial management, forecasting, and cost control. Experience with contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Ability to build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in healthcare, office, retail, industrial, educational, municipal, or automotive projects is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous. Strong proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
