With a lean, collaborative team and ambitious growth plans, they provide employees with the opportunity to make a visible impact while advancing their careers.Job DescriptionThe K-12 Project Manager will report to senior construction leadership and oversee the successful delivery of education projects from preconstruction through completion. The successful K-12 Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Manage K-12 construction projects including ground-up builds, additions, renovations, and campus improvementsLead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and project execution activitiesCoordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure successful deliveryMonitor project costs, change orders, risk management, and financial reportingDrive schedule performance and maintain quality, safety, and compliance standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with school districts, consultants, and project stakeholdersOversee project closeout activities and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
