Job Description
- Manage projects from award through final completion.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
- Lead preconstruction activities, including estimating reviews and value engineering discussions.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field operations teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining profitability goals.
- Review contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Monitor project cost reports and financial performance.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate closely with superintendents to maintain schedule performance and project execution.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Experience managing ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
