Industrial/Mission Critical Project ManagerLead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships. Coordinate field operations to ensure quality, safety, and project success. Track project costs, forecasts, and contract requirements using construction software. Experience with light industrial, data center, or PEMB projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. Familiarity with Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam, or similar construction platforms preferred.Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base salary (with flexibility for the right candidate) 10% annual bonus opportunity plus vehicle allowance or company truck/fuel card. 3-5 weeks PTO, HSA benefits, and hybrid flexibility for Project Managers.
