Job Description

Reporting to senior project leadership, the Project Manager will oversee all commercial and operational aspects of a large-scale data center project.

  • Lead project planning, execution, and closeout activities
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and client relationships
  • Drive project safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
  • Coordinate with field leadership, design teams, and ownership groups
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule commitments
  • Ensure successful delivery of key project milestones and financial objectives
  • Support future project pursuits and potential relocation opportunities within the national portfolio

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Mission Critical we are seeking:

  • Experience managing large-scale ground-up commercial or industrial projects
  • Previous hyperscale data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work within complex, fast-paced construction environments
  • Willingness to travel or relocate between project assignments as business needs evolve

  • Base salary of approximately $100,000 - $130,000+
  • Performance bonus opportunity ranging from 5% - 20%
  • Additional travel and living incentives that can add $30,000 - $50,000 annually
