Project Manager - Misc Metals

Location: Winston-Salem / Triad, NC

Position Overview

Our client, an established misc metals fabricator, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in the Winston-Salem / Triad, NC area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, change orders and billing
• Coordinate field crews, subs and suppliers
• Be the main point of contact for owners and GCs
• Track cost and report progress

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in the field
• Strong cost control and scheduling skills
• Ability to read plans and specs
• Strong communication and leadership

Compensation

• Base salary: $60,000 - $75,000
• Strong benefits package
