About the Company Our client is a a highly respected and financially stable Twin Cities area commercial construction company with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality projects. Our focus is on fostering strong relationships, both within our team and with our clients, to ensure consistent growth and success.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager who is not only capable of leading commercial construction projects but also has the drive and vision to transition into an ownership role within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
Identify opportunities for company growth and improvement
Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Proven track record of successfully managing projects to $20M
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in construction management software
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for ownership and long-term growth
