Commercial Construction Project Manager

Our client is an established commercial construction firm with more than 3 decades of success delivering complex projects across Florida. Known for its employee-focused culture, long-tenured team, and repeat-client relationships, the company specializes in multifamily, educational, affordable housing, and interior construction projects.

Manage multifamily mid-rise projects from construction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project reporting. Coordinate with field teams to maintain quality and safety standards. Lead client communication and ensure project milestones are achieved.
