Project Manager - Miami Multifamily Developer

Direct mentorship from VP of ConstructionLead renovations and new developments * 5+ years of Project Management experience with a contractor or owner/developer. • Manage multifamily renovation projects including lobbies, amenity spaces, pool decks, and exterior improvements
  
• Oversee projects from design development through construction and closeout
  
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, ownership, and local government agencies
  
• Lead project meetings, review plans, monitor schedules, and track budgets and project performance
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and financial objectives

* Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects
* Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and related construction software
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field; Spanish proficiency preferred

$130,000-$155,000 base salary + bonus
