Job Description
Manage multifamily renovation projects including lobbies, amenity spaces, pool decks, and exterior improvements. Oversee projects from design development through construction and closeout. Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, ownership, and local government agencies. Lead project meetings, review plans, monitor schedules, and track budgets and project performance. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
