Commercial General Contractor Project Manager

Job Description

Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from planning through completion.
Experience in delivering projects in the Miami market.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and healthcare stakeholders.
Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and scope management.
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and solutions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, infection control requirements, and safety protocols.
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Oversee project closeout, commissioning, and turnover activities.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing projects ranging from $10M to $100M+.
Knowledge of AHCA, ICRA, and healthcare construction best practices is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
Strong financial management, scheduling, and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
