- Coordinate the completion of projects on time within budget and within scope of work
- Set deadlines, goals, and milestones
- Assign responsibilities and employee duties and monitor project progress to identify efficiencies
- Verification and responsibility on reports being sent to the government and Fortis leadership on all activities
- Prepare reports for corporate leadership regarding status of project, not limited to employee schedules, tracking of complete Service & Task Orders, Safety & OSHA compliance, etc
- Coordinating the submittal effort with subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure accuracy
- Ensure financial thresholds are maintained on all contract related activities

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Applicants must possess these minimum requirements - At least 5years experience in managing a workforce providing mechanical services
- HVAC & Mechanical experience (required)
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred)
- QCM certification (preferred)
- EM 385-1-1 certification (preferred)
- CPR/ First Aid certified (preferred)
- Experience with MCMMS (preferred)
