    Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

    Icon Builders USA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Fort Lauderdale team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing organization and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects.

    Position Summary

    The Project Manager is responsible for full project execution from planning through completion. This role oversees budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships, requiring strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Execution

    • Plan, organize, and manage all project resources to ensure successful delivery

    • Ensure safety, quality, budgets, and schedules are consistently maintained

    • Track and report project performance, including timelines, costs, and profit/loss

    Client & Subcontractor Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between Icon Builders USA and clients

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

    Financial Oversight & Reporting

    • Review subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure accuracy and value

    • Monitor project profitability and key performance indicators

    • Ensure project financials align with company budgets and performance goals

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction project management

    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to work independently while leading project teams
