Position Summary
Project Manager is responsible for leading a complex business and technology transformation initiative that will drive operational efficiency, automation, process modernization, and AI-enabled business capabilities. This role serves as the primary liaison between business operations, technology teams, analytics organizations, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
The Project Manager will oversee project planning, governance, budget management, stakeholder engagement, solution readiness activities, and business adoption efforts involving process transformation, systems modernization, automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Governance- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and implementation roadmaps.
- Manage project budgets, capital funding, resource forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate governance reviews, executive steering committees, and status reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate activities across multiple business units and technology organizations.
Business Transformation- Lead organizational process improvement and transformation initiative.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, digital enablement, and operational optimization.
- Support the cross-functional design and implementation of future-state operating models.
- Evaluate impacts to people, processes, technology, and performance measures.
