Project Manager - Miami Beach High-Rise Multifamily

Lead the delivery of a ground-up 12-story residential project valued at approximately $70M in Miami Beach. This role offers full project ownership from mobilisation through completion, with strong leadership support and direct exposure to executive decision-makers.

Description

* Manage all phases of a $70M ground-up high-rise construction project

* Oversee budget, schedule, subcontractors, procurement, and client communication

* Coordinate preconstruction, project planning, and site logistics activities

* Drive safety, quality, and contract compliance throughout delivery

* Lead project teams and maintain strong relationships with ownership and consultants

Profile

* 8+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor

* Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality projects

* Track record managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred

* Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management

* Experience operating in active urban environments with complex logistics
