Step into a manufacturing-driven architectural metals opportunity in Mesa, Arizona where your coordination directly shapes roofing, wall, and specialty facade projects. This Project Manager role supports the full project lifecycle, from design and engineering through fabrication and installation, helping keep teams aligned and outcomes consistently on target.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- 1–3 years of office-based project management experience; design coordination experience required
- Coordinate planning, tracking, and execution of architectural metal projects to meet schedules and specifications
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned scope of work, including customers, vendors, and field superintendents
- Identify potential conflicts and negotiate best solutions to keep projects moving
- Lead project kickoffs, handoffs, and closeout meetings with the project team
- Develop, track, and negotiate change orders; take responsibility for time, cost, and overall project performance
- Read and interpret architectural designs/plans; identify missing information and understand ERP systems
- Use analytical thinking to multitask in a fast-paced environment; participate in internal and external meetings in person and online
Salary: $80K–$110K+ per year, willing to consider higher compensation based on experience.
Benefits: Three BCBS medical plans, dental, vision, HSA employer contributions, FSA option, employer-paid long-term disability and $15K life insurance, 40 sick hours, and 9+ paid holidays. Medical premiums are deducted pre-tax biweekly, 401(k): Traditional and Roth options through Empower; up to 4% immediately vested employer match after six months. PTO: Prorated during the hire year; 5 days the following calendar year, 10 days after one year, and 15 days upon reaching five years; use-it-or-lose-it. Relocation: Open to relocation assistance; up to $5K reimbursement based on submitted costs.
