Duties
Role Summary Provides day-to-day coordination support to the DT IMO team across multiple concurrent M&A integrations. Owns meeting logistics, status compilation, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
o Compile and consolidate status updates from workstream leads into consumable formats (decks, trackers, hypercare emails)
o Schedule and coordinate meetings across DT IMO, functional workstream leads, and Corp Dev/executive stakeholders, including cross-timezone scheduling
o Maintain shared calendars, meeting agendas, and action item/follow-up logs
o Support logistics for integration workshops (scheduling, invites, room/room-link setup, materials distribution)
o Assist with maintaining document repositories (SharePoint) for integration artifacts and trackers
o Track action items and follow up with owners to ensure on-time completion
o Provide general administrative and coordination support to the DT IMO
Skills
2+ years of project management experience Proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Knowledge of industry standard PMO methodologies Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and techniques to develop project plans for software development projects
Ability to perform detail-oriented business and technical analysis to Client, refine, and document the requirements for technically-oriented projects ServiceNow- and relationship-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, self-directed Ability to multi-task and solve problems innovatively
Education
BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience 2-3 years of IT experience
