    Own the GBSx synergy tracking and vendor disposition strategy (continueconsolidateretire), including business case input for decisions

    Detailed Job Description

    Role Summary Leads integration planning and execution across Legal, HR, and Finance workstreams for the GBSx track, spanning one or more concurrent acquisitions. Acts as the primary point of accountability for GBSx integration outcomes, working directly with functional VPs/Directors and Corp Dev IMO leads to drive decisions, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and ensure Day 1 and hypercare readiness.

    Key Responsibilities

    Own end-to-end integration strategy and execution across Legal, HR, and Finance workstreams for assigned acquisitions

    Serve as primary liaison to functional workstream leads and Corp Dev IMO Cross-Functional Leads, driving alignment on scope, timelines, and risk

    Independently identify and resolve complex system, data, and process integration issues (e.g., payroll/benefits harmonization, contract migration, entity/legal structure alignment)

    Own the GBSx synergy tracking and vendor disposition strategy (continue/consolidate/retire), including business case input for decisions

    Lead Day 1 readiness and cutover planning for Legal, HR, and Finance systems, including risk mitigation planning

    Present workstream status, risks, and recommendations directly to DT IMO leadership and DTLT

    Mentor/guide junior contractor or coordinator support on GBSx-specific deliverables

    Contribute integration lessons learned to DT IMO's reusable playbook and governance artifacts

    Skills

    Required Qualifications

    6+ years experience in M&A integration, business systems leadership, or HRIS/Finance systems implementation, including experience owning workstreams independently

    Deep working knowledge of at least two of: HR systems (Workday, etc.), Finance/ERP systems, legal contract management/entity systems

    Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional integration efforts with VP/Director-level stakeholders

    Proven track record managing multiple concurrent, high-complexity workstreams under tight deadlines

    Strong executive communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint, live status reviews)

    Preferred Qualifications

    Prior experience in a corporate IMO, Corp Dev, or M&A consulting function leading (not just supporting) GBSx-related integrations

    Familiarity with ServiceNow platform (ITSM/SPM) and vendor rationalization frameworks

    Experience building or improving integration governance policy (e.g., synergy tracking, funding models)

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

    8-10 years
