Job Description
The Project Manager will:
- Manage multiple commercial mechanical construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution activities.
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, ductwork, sheet metal, and other mechanical system installations.
- Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Monitor project costs, productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
- Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and field issues proactively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and repeat GC partners.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Support business growth through excellent project execution and customer service.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience with a General Contractor or MEP contractor.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and MEP systems.
- Experience managing construction projects valued at $20M+.
- Knowledge of HVAC construction, including ductwork and sheet metal systems.
- Experience with commercial plumbing projects.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
