Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Manage multiple commercial mechanical construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution activities.
  • Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee HVAC, plumbing, ductwork, sheet metal, and other mechanical system installations.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Monitor project costs, productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and field issues proactively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and repeat GC partners.
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • Support business growth through excellent project execution and customer service.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience with a General Contractor or MEP contractor.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and MEP systems.
  • Experience managing construction projects valued at $20M+.
  • Knowledge of HVAC construction, including ductwork and sheet metal systems.
  • Experience with commercial plumbing projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
