We're representing a highly respected New England construction organization seeking experienced Mechanical/Industrial Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. Description
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking Project Managers (PM III & PM IV) and Senior Project Managers to oversee mechanical and industrial construction projects across New England. These roles require strong financial management, client-facing leadership, and experience delivering technically complex projects in industrial and infrastructure environments.

A successful Project Manager - Mechanical/Industrial should have:
Frequent travel throughout New England is required, with responsibilities split between office, field, and client locations.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience 7-15+ years of progressive construction management experience Mechanical construction background is required Experience within industrial, process piping, water/wastewater, manufacturing, utility, energy, or infrastructure projects Experience managing both Design-Build and Bid-Build projects Demonstrated expertise in project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, staffing, and contract management Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and building systems Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills OSHA 30 Certification DOT Medical Card Valid Driver's License and ability to travel throughout New England Technology & Software Primavera P6 Microsoft Project Procore COINS Construction ERP Platforms Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Senior Project Manager Qualifications Experience managing project portfolios exceeding $30M Business development and client pursuit experience Proposal development, estimating, and contract negotiation expertise Leadership experience managing multiple PMs, superintendents, and project teams Project Size Experience PM III: Experience managing projects valued at $5M+ PM IV: Experience managing projects valued at $7.5M+ Senior PM: Experience overseeing portfolios valued at $30M+ Frequent travel throughout New England is required, with responsibilities split between office, field, and client locations.
