Their diverse portfolio includes hospitality, multifamily, commercial, retail, and restaurant projects, with expertise across HVAC, VRF, commercial plumbing, ductwork, and sheet metal. The company handles both Plan and Spec and Design Build projects while continuing to grow its commercial service and maintenance division. With over $100M in current backlog and continued growth projected, our client is looking to add experienced professionals to their team.The Project Manager - Mechanical Contractor - Diverse Projects will be responsible for:Manage all MEP project activities from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection subcontractors.Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance and constructability.Develop and maintain project schedules related to MEP activities.Monitor project budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management.Lead MEP coordination meetings with project stakeholders.Collaborate with field teams to resolve technical and installation challenges.Track procurement and delivery of major MEP equipment and materials.Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, project requirements, and quality standards.The Project Manager - Mechanical Contractor - Diverse Projects should have:5+ years of experience managing MEP scopes within commercial construction projects.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.Experience coordinating multiple trades on complex construction projects.Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.Experience with healthcare, office, education, industrial, or other commercial projects is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.The Project Manager - Mechanical Contractor - Diverse Projects may receive:Competitive base salary up to $135k (depending on previous experience)Healthcare401(k) with matchAnnual bonus structure3 weeks PTO + paid holidaysMonthly auto allowance
