What You'll Do

• Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and subcontractor coordination• Monitor labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project costs to maximize project profitability• Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation• Coordinate activities with field operations, fabrication, commissioning, and service teams• Lead project meetings and provide financial and project progress updates• Oversee startup, commissioning, owner training, warranty turnover, and project closeout• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards

What You Bring

• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial mechanical construction• Experience managing commercial mechanical projects valued between $8 million and $12 million• Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems• Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and change orders• Strong leadership, communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project• Experience with Timberline (Sage 300 CRE) is a plus• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred• Experience working for a large mechanical contractor is preferred
