Description:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager within Mechanical Construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in construction management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and piping systems, building materials, construction detailing/design, and applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficient in construction management software with overall strong computer and digital skills.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Highly self-motivated, with excellent time management and project management capabilities.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to long-term professional growth and business objectives.
- Ability to perform effectively in deadline-driven environments, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Confident in technical knowledge and proactive in researching solutions to unfamiliar challenges, ensuring accurate and efficient outcomes.
