    Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of service delivery processes, and the ability to coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IT projects, a proven track record in service delivery, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.

    Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.

    Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication among all stakeholders.

    Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.

    Oversee the service delivery process, ensuring that service levels are met and client satisfaction is achieved.

    Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback, ensuring alignment with project goals.

    Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

    Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing best practices in project management and service delivery.


    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment.

    Proven track record in managing IT projects
