The Project Manager <\/span>is responsible for <\/span>leading the execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects, with <\/span>an initial <\/span>focus on structural steel and a defined path to expand into <\/span>additional <\/span>disciplines and scopes. This role oversees project delivery from planning through completion, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Operating in fast-paced industrial and data center environments, the Project Manager drives schedule adherence, cost control, and quality standards while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The position plays a key role in delivering large-scale projects where speed, precision, and scalability are critical, and is structured to support growth into broader technical and program leadership responsibilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Analyze customer documents, specifications, and drawings to develop comprehensive end-to-end estimates for structural steel and <\/span>additional <\/span>scopes and disciplines within the hyperscale data center portfolio. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

• Oversee the full bid process, managing tight deadlines, subcontractor solicitations, and proposal development to ensure competitive, <\/span>accurate, and <\/span>timely <\/span>submissions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Lead end-to-end project management for structural steel and <\/span>additional <\/span>scopes and disciplines-including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure-while preparing to seamlessly transition into <\/span>additional <\/span>disciplines as portfolio demands expand.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and logistical issues and drive project success in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Monitor project progress against key milestones and hyperscale-specific KPIs, proactively <\/span>identifying <\/span>risks (schedule compression, supply-chain volatility, or scope creep) and implementing effective mitigation strategies. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Manage estimating, document control, scheduling, resource allocation, <\/span>logistics, and subcontractor performance to <\/span>maintain <\/span>budget, schedule, and quality targets typical of mission critical programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, transparent status reporting, proactive problem-solving, and value-added recommendations that support long-term portfolio partnerships.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Travel <\/span>up to <\/span>25% <\/span>of the time.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

<\/p><\/div>Education: <\/span>Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or <\/span><\/span>a related<\/span> <\/span>technical field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li><\/ul><\/div>Experience: <\/span>5+ years of hands-on project management experience in industrial or data center construction, emphasizing structural steel delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li><\/ul><\/div>Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle for steel infrastructure and building scopes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li><\/ul><\/div>Experience with estimating, bidding, subcontractor management, and hyperscale schedule compression.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li><\/ul><\/div>Proficiency <\/span>in relevant software (Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD/Revit, or equivalent).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li><\/ul><\/div>Ability and willingness to expand technical scope into <\/span>additional <\/span>disciplines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
