Job Details:

Location: Remote, US

Job Type: Contract position

Contract Length: 6 Months contract position with the possibility of extension

Pay Range: $65 to $70/hr

  • Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Marketing Operations professional to support print production, fulfillment, inventory management, vendor relationships, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage vendors, review data, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Duties:

  • Manage print and fulfillment vendor relationships, including deadlines, service levels, pricing, deliverables, and regular vendor meetings.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, review reports and dashboards, and provide proactive recommendations to marketing teams.
  • Manage print and fulfillment projects, budgets, purchase orders, and multiple priorities across brands and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, workflows, and processes to improve print, fulfillment, inventory, and marketing operations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Brand Marketing, vendors, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree not required; equivalent relevant experience or an associate degree may be considered.
  • Years of experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, marketing operations, resource management, print production, fulfillment, or a related field.
  • Skills/Specialties/Technology: Vendor management, print production/fulfillment, inventory management, project management, marketing operations, data analysis, reporting and dashboards, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or Digital Asset Management is preferred but not required.
