The Assistant Project Manager II / Project Manager I will report to senior project management leadership and play a key role in the successful execution of construction projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M. Support and manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams. Monitor project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and change orders. Assist with contract administration, documentation, and project reporting. Collaborate with field operations teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery. Foster strong client relationships while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

For the Assistant Project Manager II / Project Manager I we are seeking: 3 to 10 years of construction project management experience. Experience delivering healthcare, manufacturing, light industrial, or mixed commercial projects. Exposure to projects ranging from $5M to $30M in value. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
