We are seeking a Project Manager to drive operational excellence and digital transformation within a transformer service manufacturing environment. This role focuses on optimizing processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting scalable workflows through digital tools and automation. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, standardize operations, and support AI-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead process optimization initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Map, analyze, and improve workflows using Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to define requirements
Support data collection and structuring for AI/ML and digital twin initiatives
Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities
Develop data insights using Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools
Build low-code solutions using Mendix (preferred) to replace manual processes
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
0–2 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or operational excellence
Hands-on experience with process mapping, data analysis, and digital tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of automation, standardization, and workflow optimization
Experience with low-code platforms is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
Must be local to Charlotte area and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
