An established luxury builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee custom residential projects throughout South Florida. The successful candidate will lead high-value renovations and new construction projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards and client service.

Description

* Manage luxury residential projects from inception to completion
* Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
* Coordinate architects, designers, and homeowners
* Ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship throughout delivery
* Maintain project safety, reporting, and client communication

Profile

* Experience managing luxury residential construction projects
* Strong understanding of custom home building practices
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and trades
* Excellent budget, scheduling, and negotiation skills
* Client-focused approach with strong communication abilities

Job Offer

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary (higher for exceptional candidates)
* Portfolio of luxury homes and major renovations
* Every other Friday off, PTO, and 401(k)
* 80% employee healthcare coverage plus bonus
