Job Description

Lead and oversee all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Luxury Residential should have: Experience managing high-end residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
