An established high-end residential builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee custom home construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Description
- Manage luxury residential construction projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, project documentation, and client communications.
- Utilize Procore to manage project workflows, reporting, and project execution.
- Lead projects ranging from high-end custom homes to complex additions and renovations.
- Drive projects from design development through construction completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Attend project sites throughout the MetroWest area and surrounding regions as required.
- Collaborate closely with company leadership and play a key role in future company growth.
Profile
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within residential construction.
- Proven experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or high-end residential projects.
- Strong proficiency with Procore is required.
- Experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to commute to the Southborough, MA office and work on-site at project locations 2 to 3 days per week.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
