Luxury Residential Project Manager

Manage luxury residential construction projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee budgets, schedules, project documentation, and client communications. Utilize Procore to manage project workflows, reporting, and project execution. Lead projects ranging from high-end custom homes to complex additions and renovations. Drive projects from design development through construction completion while maintaining quality standards. Attend project sites throughout the MetroWest area and surrounding regions as required. Collaborate closely with company leadership and play a key role in future company growth.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of Project Management experience within residential construction. Proven experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or high-end residential projects is required. Strong proficiency with Procore is required. Experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor management. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to commute to the Southborough, MA office and work on-site at project locations 2 to 3 days per week. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
