Job Description

Manage luxury residential construction projects with values up to $15M from project start through closeout. Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day construction activities. Work with project stakeholders to clarify scope, priorities, and delivery needs. Track project progress and address issues that affect cost, schedule, or quality. Coordinate contractors and project partners to maintain timely project delivery. Review project documentation and maintain accurate records throughout construction. Communicate project updates, risks, and next steps to relevant stakeholders.
