    Role Overview

    As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate high-end residential construction projects from initial planning through final completion. This is a leadership-heavy role requiring the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, complex budgets, project schedules, and quality standards while ensuring every detail meets the client's vision.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Lifecycle Management:

    Lead the end-to-end execution of luxury custom home builds, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

    Stakeholder Coordination:

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline communication and resolve site-related issues.

    Quality

    Process Control:

    Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the construction process; oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

    Operational Leadership:

    Solve complex problems on-site, make timely decisions to keep projects moving, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

    Required Qualifications

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred. (Substantial experience in luxury home building may be considered in lieu of a degree).

    Industry Experience:

    Proven experience overseeing residential construction projects, specifically within the

    luxury custom home market .

    Technical Skills:

    Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting. Proficiency in construction management and tracking software is required.

    Soft Skills:

    Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. A customer-focused mindset is essential for client satisfaction.
