Project Manager - Luxury Mixed-Use Development

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a luxury mixed-use condominium development from preconstruction through closeout. This role will oversee project execution, financial performance, subcontractor coordination, and client communication on a high-profile project.

Description

* Lead project execution from preconstruction through final turnover
* Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field operations teams
* Monitor project financial performance and project reporting
* Ensure quality, safety, and client expectations are achieved

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
* Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects
* Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and documentation
* Ability to make independent decisions and drive project outcomes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
