Project Manager - Luxury Hotel GC - Charlotte

Industry-leading commercial GC is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team and help deliver complex, high-profile hospitality and mixed-use developments. • Lead day-to-day project management efforts on a luxury hospitality development in Charlotte, NC.
• Manage and coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with project executives, ownership groups, finance teams, and field personnel.
• Support the successful execution of a complex adaptive reuse project involving a historic structure.
• Drive communication between stakeholders to maintain schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve construction challenges.
• Assist with project closeout activities and turnover through project completion.
• Work alongside an experienced leadership team and project staff supporting a marquee hospitality development.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience on hospitality construction projects, preferably luxury or high-end hotel developments.
• Experience managing RFIs, change orders, and project controls.
• Background in adaptive reuse, renovation, historic restoration, or complex urban projects preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with ownership groups, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
